Introduction

The Stable is a detached, brick built, former farm building, situated at right angles to, and several yards from our farmhouse.

• Nearest bus stop is 1/4 mile away on the A38 (Bristol Road)
• Nearest railway station is 3 miles away at Stonehouse, with direct trains terminating Cheltenham and London Paddington

• RADAR toilet at Stonehouse (High St Car Park, 3 miles)


Arrival & Car Parking Facilities

• Level tarmac parking for two cars within the enclosed grounds and directly outside the front door
• The owners aim to meet and greet all guests personally


Main Entrance, Reception & Ticketing Area

• Front door is 100 cm wide, 193 cm tall, hinged on the left and opening inwards
• Entrance has one stone step, 10 cm high x 26 cm deep, and a door sill, 2 cm high x 15 cm deep
• Front door opens into the fully equipped kitchen/dining room with additional seating area and wall-mounted TV
• Dining table is 73 cm high x 100 cm wide x 140 cm long; 4 or 5 dining chairs
• Free space around 3 sides of the table is at least 1 m (fourth, short side is against a wall)
• Fire Door with reinforced glass panel leads to stairs to upstairs. There are 12 steps with a rise of 20 cm; 7th, 8th & 9th steps curve round to the left. Handrail on the RHS for the first 8 steps; thereafter banisters are available
• Strong 70 cm wide stairgate fitted a the top of the stairs

• Bedroom 1 (including sitting/widescreen TV area). Door 60 cm wide. King size bed, 50 cm high. Over 1 m space to each side of bed; access restricted to one side by elm roof truss! Reading lamps both sides of bed.
• Bedroom 2 (including ethernet broadband connection). Door 65 cm wide. Two single beds, 50 cm high. Minimum access side to [moveable] desk is 40 cm. Reading lamps for each bed
