The Stable & Enclosed Garden

The Stable is a 200 year-old, detached cottage, formerly used for cider-making and stabling working horses; cosy and comfortable, it features a wealth of splendid elm timbering. It is located on a quiet working farm set well back from a single-track no-through country lane. The village, just a half a mile away, has a post office/shop, Chinese Take-away/Chip Shop and pub serving meals.

Upstairs: Spacious bed/sitting room with king-size bed, sofa, TV/video and views across garden to fields. Twin bedroom with additional pullout bed. Bathroom/WC with shower over bath.

Downstairs: Open plan kitchen/dining room with additional sitting area

The Area: Public Footpaths leave directly from the farm, and within a 25-mile radius are many attractions including The Cotswolds, Slimbridge Wildfowl Trust, Westonbirt Arboretum, Berkeley Castle, The Severn Bridge(s), Royal Forest of Dean and the historic city and towns of Gloucester, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury. A little further afield are the city of Bath, Stratford-upon-Avon and the Malvern Hills.
